At Gray Law, we practice exclusively in marital and family law. We focus on all aspects of divorce including routine and complex equitable distribution of assets and liabilities, alimony, time-sharing or child custody, and child support. We also focus on drafting and litigating prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Additionally, we have a substantial amount of cases addressing enforcement and modification of family law matters such as relocation, paternity, domestic violence, exchanging or selling assets, shared parental responsibility, time-sharing, alimony, child support, and collateral child support issues including health insurance, extracurricular activities, braces, life insurance, college, or private school. We also represent clients when their family law case is appealed to the appellate court.
